What a good skin firming / anti cream facial?

I'm 22, almost 23 years, and when I was younger, standing in the sun and never wore sunscreen. I know that some will be long-term affects such as wrinkles, and now I am older, I try to take better care of my skin and keep it looking younger. Used Monistat 3 days cream and just found out I'm pregnant afraid of the possible effects?

I Monistat 3 Day Cream a week ago. I I just found out about 4 weeks of pregnancy. I fear what he might do or has done for the baby. Does someone know any information about using Monistat When in the early stages of pregnancy?
