It uses twice daily after washing face. To apply all your eyelids and surrounding skin to look fresh and restored! Or at least that's what Clinique claims! In my opinion, I think $ 38.50 an ounce fluid is a little spendy! Does not work very well either. Well, okay, but not the best anti-wrinkle treatment ever. I recommend Estee Lauder.
