NO DIET IS HEALTHIER….if you eat meat and veg but pig out on junk food its not healthy……if you eat veggies and pig out on junk food its not healthy…..if you eat a well balanced veggie diet it is healthy…..if you eat a well balanced diet of meat and veg then it is healthy…..for example i eat lean organic meats…plenty of fruit and veg…exercise 4 times a week and im in perfect health…..SO it doesnt matter what diet you choose aslong as you dont consume too much fat or sugar and you do plenty of exercise.
