Eating healthy recipes for cooking with children?
Hello, looking for fun ideas and interesting recipes. I will participate a summer camp and want to spent 3 days of activity of a healthy diet, however, could vary from the more usual to make a fruit salad. Does anyone have different recipes? I will teach a powerful age therefore need recipes suitable for all ages and income to both a younger age or more. Thank you
Stuffed Chicken Breast Ingredients: 4 small half boneless chicken breast, skin 1 / 4 c. Tea each: salt, onion powder and dried dill 1 (10 ounces) frozen asparagus, thawed and drained 1 / 2 medium red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons of Mock Hollandaise sauce 1 tablespoon flour 1 / 4 c. to tsp salt 2 / 3 cup skim milk 1 egg yolk 1 / 2 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 teaspoons juice lemon margarine Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten each chicken breast to 1 / 4 inch thickness between waxed paper. Mix salt, pepper, onion powder and dill and sprinkle over chicken breasts. Place 1 / 4 of the asparagus and pepper strips on one side of chest chicken. Although each roll of chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. Place chicken seam side down, over mold that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Mock hollandaise sauce margarine Heat a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Add flour and salt and simmer until tender, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix milk, egg yolk and lemon juice until smooth and stir in flour mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
