Fountain Of Youth Drug

Most people accept the fact that there are no shortcuts to keep fit and stay healthy. They realize that the only way to stay healthy and lead a productive life and is taking care of themselves. Yet some people think that the magic pills or wonder drugs can go back and be young again. In recent years, the human growth hormone (hGH), has received much attention as a "source drugs among young people. "These statements have been driven by businesses and celebrities who say that HGH can reverse the aging process. It has even been involved in professional sport that the athletes have been accused of human growth hormone used to increase resistance and athletic performance. All the hype can make use of HGH appears credible. One of the most interesting things about the hype media is that when something seems to be more popular bandwagon. However, HGH that you young? You'll be better able to answer this question after you finish reading this article.
Growth hormone (GH) is a protein hormone synthesized (produced) by the anterior pituitary gland. Human Growth Hormone (hGH) is a synthetic version of the form usually produced by the anterior pituitary gland. Levels GH are higher in children and is largely responsible for growth spurts during adolescence. The secretion of growth hormone decreases gradually over time with the elderly producing much less than people in their 20s and 30s. Growth hormone, as its name suggests, is essential for normal physical growth. Among its many functions of bone density increases, stimulating the proliferation of cartilage cells and division, lypolysis (reduced fat), increased muscle mass, protein synthesis, growth of organs, the body maintains a steady state (homeostasis), gluconeogenesis (conversion of fats and proteins into glucose), reduced glucose uptake in the liver and causes stimulation of the immune system (1).
Deficiencies of growth hormone in May induce alterations in any of the above functions for doctors are injections of growth hormone are necessary for individuals with hormone deficiency. However, there are people who take growth hormones for a completely different reason: to prevent aging. Proponents of growth hormone for anti-aging to say that the hormone can reduce body fat and increase muscle mass in people who received injections of growth hormone (2). Same if it is shown that growth hormone in effect, reduce body fat and increase muscle mass (perhaps due to water retention increased in muscle cells), researchers at Stanford University found that patients were more muscular. They looked at 31 studies with five hundred relatively healthy seniors (3). His analysis found that patients taking growth hormone has shown no significant advantage of the hormone. On the other hand, people in the study experienced an increase in arthritis-like symptoms, nerve damage (carpal tunnel syndrome), edema, diabetes and breast development in men (3). Other side effects of this hormone are lower libido, resistance to insulin, acromeglia (enlargement of the limbs) and fatigue (1).
Growth hormone is released so pulsatile (4). Because growth hormone is highly regulated in the body, higher than normal levels of growth hormone injection of growth hormone, could send a negative feedback over the pituitary gland that would be the body to slow or even stop production of growth hormone.
There is yet no scientific evidence that HGH will slow aging process or make you stronger physically. There is evidence, however, suggesting that prolonged use of growth hormone may cause cancer (5) and other health problems.
Thus, growth hormone will help you live longer? There is no evidence that the do. HGH will become stronger? There is no substantive evidence that it does. GH will help you lose much weight? Again, no substantive evidence to support these allegations about hGH. The only thing that is certain is that more research is needed to follow patients for many years after receiving growth hormone for determining long-term effects to take into the body.
So, with all problems and controversies over the human growth hormone for the fight against aging is what it's worth the risk?
